Screen Printing
Screen Printing is the industry-standard printing method.
Our staff have combined decades of experience in the printing method.
This is the most cost-effective method of producing medium to large-sized runs of printed garments.
Screen Prints have a £25 set-up fee per colour in the design, this covers the cost of producing the screens to be used in the process.

Embroidery
Our embroiderer, Sarah, is one of Cornwall's most experienced embroidery specialists.
We will digitise your artwork/logo into an embroidery format for a one time fee of £25. Once this is complete, we will have that artwork forever, so you will never pay a set-up fee again.

Vinyl
Vinyl and Verscamm prints are great for smaller printing runs.
A vinyl print is made of a soft, thin and environmentally friendly polyurethane material that is heat-pressed into garments at 150°C.
Vinyl has a great flexible feel and is washable at up to 80°C and tumble-dryer proof.
Vinyl is great for small runs of limited-colour prints.
A Versacamm print is similar, but your artwork is printed onto the material first, so the colours are unlimited.
The prints have a thicker feel than vinyl prints but are just as hardy in the wash.
They are also great for small runs, and particularly for small runs of more complex or multi-coloured designs.

Direct-to-Garment
Using Direct-to-Garment (or DTG) printing, we can print your design/artwork directly onto the fabric of the garment.
This produces an unbelievable-quality finish on white (and other light colour) garments, with a print that does not have the thick or plastic feel of other prints.
DTG Printing also works for dark garments (and we will recommend it is used if your design is very intricate), though we use an adhesive to make sure the ink is taken in by the garment.
This is great for any sized run of single or multi-coloured prints on light (especially white) garments, or complex and/or multi-coloured designs on dark garments.

Stickers and Banners are both charged at £25 per metre, up to a maximum of 70cm wide.
